As the Indian Hills Office Manager and Transactions Processor at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Good Life Group, Niki McCown helps keep the office organized and transactions running smoothly. Her responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining records and checklists, coordinating the company’s popular Popby program, and providing day-to-day support to agents and staff.

Niki brings more than 15 years of customer service experience and over eight years of experience in data entry and office administration to her role. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and helpful approach make her a valuable resource for agents and the Indian Hills office.

Outside of work, Niki loves spending time with her kids and family, going on family walks, and reading whenever she gets the chance. Fall is her favorite time of year, and a trip to Vala’s Pumpkin Patch is always a highlight.
