Raquel Ahlvers had a successful career in sales and management and in 1999, decided to see what all the fuss was about in real estate. She was hooked from the start. She and her husband also live in Dundee, just a block away from where she grew up. They are raising 2 wonderful children. When her kids were @ Dundee Elementary she was involved in all her kids did. From PTO, to Girl Scout leader, party planner and general volunteer. Raquel knows what Dundee meant to her growing up and wants to make sure that Dundee is just as special for her children and those around her.

Raquel has a passion for architecture, old and new. Don't be surprised if she finds the crown molding or the built-in buffet the most exciting thing about a house. The craftsmanship they put into homes back then was truly an art form. She is partial to mid-century modern design and loves the idea of restoration.
