Tracy Maldonado is a licensed Real Estate agent with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate | The Good Life Group. Having over a decade of experience and proven success, she specializes in the sale and purchase of homes throughout Sarpy/Douglas counties which include Bellevue, Papillion, Gretna, La Vista, Ralston, Elkhorn, Bennington, and Omaha.

Tracy is proud of a stellar reputation and award-winning work ethic. As a top producing agent, she has been recognized for excellence at the Platinum, Gold, and Silver levels for the last six consecutive years. Her former position as a United States Air Force First Sergeant gave her years of experience in communication, negotiation, and management skills. With a strong focus on military families and civilians alike, Tracy utilizes her talent to guide her clients through detailed contracts and stressful negotiations while remaining calm under pressure. She has an in-depth knowledge of area neighborhoods and real estate market.

Tracy is married and has two children. Her educational background consists of an Associate Degree from the Community College of the Air Force in Electrical Engineering, a bachelor’s degree from Bellevue University, a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Peru State College in Learning and Curriculum. She retired from the United Air Force in 2004 as a Master Sergeant and taught advance pre-algebra for 7 years at Ralston Middle School.
