Sheila walked through my house and thoughtfully identified what should be fixed up before listing. For projects that needed professional help, she connected me with excellent contractors. She even personally planted flowers in front of my house and brought planters for the entryway to boost curb appeal.

When it came time to set a price, she gave great advice and stayed proactive as the market shifted, making sure we were positioned well. Once we had an offer, she helped us negotiate a better price than we could have managed on our own.
